Stream-strainers
These protective strainers with a cylindrical strainer-tray are mainly used in generating-stations. The design allows to include it into a piping instead of a right-angled (90°) bend. The upgrade extensions or modernising in the course of reconstruction of generating-stations can be easily done with this type of strainers. The following are parts of our service: Construction, computation of the stability, materials, certification, welding qualification, non-destructive inspection and approval.
Specifically designed for the filtration of debris, in the protection of fluid and gas handling equipment during the commissioning and start up periods.
The strainers are easily installed between flange without any modification to the surrounding pipework and without the need for special spool pieces.
With its robust design these strainers are constructed to work at high differential pressures.
Temporary strainers are clearly seen to be in position by virtue of their signal arms, elongated for easy identification.
The flow passes from inside to out, collecting debris in the cage facilitating removal. If required strainers can be manufactured for reverse flow
YUBO Filter Co.,Ltd could supply stainless steel filter elements, filter element, filter disc, sintered filter, filter strainer, polymeric filter, basket filter, wire mesh filter ,pleated filter

Temporary strainers are designed for protection of equipment and instrumentation during start-up periods. The strainer is usually installed between a set of flanges for an initial period after a new plant has been installed. Installation of a spool piece equal or more than the length of the strainer is recommended for ease of installation or removal.
There are three basic configurations of temporary strainers, namely the conical type, the basket type and the plate type. Standard construction is of perforated screen or single ply heavy wire mesh. Wire mesh liners can be added inside or outside of the strainer for finer straining capabilities. If a wire mesh is used, care must be taken to ensure that the direction of flow is against the wire mesh with the perforated metal as a back-up.
