Johnson water filter nozzle wedge wire screens are widely used in various industries, especially suitable for water treatment or liquid filtration. The main part of the nozzle is stainless steel wedge wire screen. It’s a new type filter component. The filter nozzle has a high precision filtration ability. The minimum slot size is 20 micron.
Johnson water filter nozzle wedge wire screen is consist of V-shape profile wire and the longitudinal support rods. Each intersecting point of these wires is fusion welded,so it has sturdy constriction and good mechanical property.
The V-shape section plane can avoid blockage,and make sure of the unimpeded water. The consecutive slot have more open area,and it can reduce the speed of the water entering to aviod the sand entering the screen under the great pressure,so Continuous Slot Wire Johnson Screen can filter sand better.
