How to install and maintain Filter:
    Various types of filters in before installing,don't allow to open bags or packaging film;and press on the box callout directions storing filter;in the handling process,should be gently pick up,gently put down ,avoid strenuous vibration and collision.
    In transportation, installation and use of the process, and according to the requirements to ensure the use effect.Various filters in use for some time, due to the filter surface was covered with dust, so that the filter efficiency and resistance decreased,affecting the cleanliness of the air,which requires timely replacement of filters.
    For the need use for high humidity, high temperature environment the high efficiency filter,you must select the resistant to high temperature, high humidity of filter paper and separator plates, frame materials, to meet production requirements.Biological clean room and pharmaceutical clean room,you must choose filters of metal frame,and its difficult to rust on the surface,doesn't allow the use of wooden frame filter,prevent the resulting bacteria affect the passing rate of the product.
     For above of filter device,if around the filter have differential pressure gauge or differential pressure sensors ,to coarse filters,when the pressure difference is more than 250Pa, it must be replaced;To medium efficiency filters,when the pressure difference is more than 330Pa, it must be replaced;To Sub-efficient filters,when the pressure difference is more than 400Pa, it must be replaced,and the original filters can not be reused;to high efficiency filters,when the pressure difference is more than 450Pa, it must be replaced;Or when the wind airflow speed to a minimum,even if after the replacing the coarse, medium efficiency filters, airflow rate cannot increase yet;Or when the high efficiency filter surface appears unable repair leakage situation, must be replaced with new efficient filter;If no above-mentioned conditions, the general can according to use environmental conditions the situation, replaced every 1-2 years.
