One of our customers requires stainless steel wire cloth for their high purity filter assembly.
The filtration rate he needs is 1 micron, however, as the present state of skills in this field, the minimum filtration rate is 3 micron. Only the twilled dutch woven stainless mesh can reached 3 micron filtration rate. The specification of this type is 400*2800 mesh or 400*3100 mesh, correspondingly the wire dia. is 0.030*0.018 mm and 0.030*0.015 mm.
